He claims to have freed 2 local WFP hostages his group abducted while they were on their way to assess food needs in the remote areas of Somali Region. A Osman is not fooling anyone but himself. The one wounded WFP employee who was rescued by the regional forces has alrleady gave authorities the identities of the thugs who opend fire on their vehicle.
