The UN SC had a full field yesterday with Somalis: virtually all important Somali players with the exception of alshabaab were in the arena. But what was the conclusion: encouraging more political quarrel or a breakthrough with new formula at hand (Somalis will sit together in Mogadishu to chart a new political road map that takes them beyond transitional framework)?
