Lunch with Chris Mullen a diplomatic truimph for Somaliland?

Focus on Africa interview with Somaliland Information minister.......

Supposidely it was Somaliland's biggest diplomatic initative. And according to the Info minister they passed a letter to Tony Blair and had Lunch with Mr Chris Mullen a Junior Minister in the foreign office.
