Thierry. Posted April 5, 2007 I think this is an excellent advice the Southern regions need to organise themselves in the same manner Puntland and Somaliland has. If they pay heed to the advice that has been going on recently they should set up a: Transitional Administration managed by the elders for a period of 1 to 2 years Election should follow where inhabitants in those regions can choose the best candidates. There has not been a better time to do this, the warlords have become powerless and do not pose a threat to such organisation.
Jacaylbaro Posted April 5, 2007 It is a good idea but what if they are lacking the COMMON INTEREST ,,,,,,,,,

Jacaylbaro Posted April 5, 2007 I'm talking about the beelaha muqdisho ,,,,,, they need to have a common interest which can keep them stick together and create their own administration ,,,,,,,,,,,,,, without this and we expect another 200 warlords ,,,,,,
Thierry. Posted April 5, 2007 Well the warlords have been pacified and the elders voice seems uniformed lately, I think any sane person would want stability and unity. I think an administration is possible and can be set up very quickly. So the common interest would be to make there region stronger, more economically prosperous and have one voice which has some form of influence in the greater Somalia. bambo Posted April 5, 2007 Thierry its easier said then done , Pressure on Muqadishu clans from the outside world and within somalia is high . The warlords where being funded by Ethopia heavly to continue the chaos in somalia , warlords did not represent there clans but Melez senawi . when the warlords where defeated , Just like noble sheeq sharif stated that Tigrey would come to fight and show their face and- when they are defeat or stoped - big brother America will step up . when a civil war accures the most fighing will hit the capital and surrounding areas thats is nature of civil war . This issue is for all somalians to solve it not just hawye tribe .
