I share your sentiment, but I think the best HSM can do now is resign and lay the groundwork for new government.

We were behind him when Muse tried to sign away the 20 KM long Somali coast. HSM humiliated the nation by eventually running to Abiy . It's worthy mentioning Ethiopia never nullified the MoU.

It should be noted  other governments informed the Somali government this was coming yet HSM admin did nothing.

Obviously tomorrow the United Nations SC will issue a statement supporting Somalia's sovereignty and territorial integrity, then what? 

Will everything go back to square one of aan Ku jiidee ijiid? Will Israel escalate the situation? Can Somaliland take advantage of whatever avenues afforded by this limited and highly controversial recognition from an international pariah state? Can Hassan sheikh politically comeback from this humiliation in the eyes of many Somalis?

even if the UN  calls  for it to be illegal still it would be meaningless

Recognition of another state is a sovereign political act

The UN cannot directly prohibit a state from recognizing Israel

Even UN General Assembly or Security Council opposition does not invalidate recognition

so it would be meaningless just  slogan , we are talking about israel , israel killed over 100.000 people in two years  and there was nothing the UN did

It was indeed well planned.

I was taken back by people being interviewed profusely thanking Yahuuda and others calling them blood brothers or being descended from the same people.

the saudis  dirac wearing arabs are a bit  hypocritical  , they were  cooperating with mossad against iran which was well known King abdullah of saudi arabia he is now dead beggged the americans to bomb  , iran  not sure why he is upset since the saudis hate the houthi proxy. saudi was about to nornalise relations  with israel if 7 ocotber didnt happen saudi would have fulll ties with israel
