Kismayo (HOL) — Jubaland President Ahmed Mohamed Islam, known as Ahmed Madobe, has declared that his regional intelligence service has become one of the most capable in the Horn of Africa, surpassing Somalia’s National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) in gathering and analyzing security information.
