U.S. Delegation Visits Hargeisa Ahead of Key Ethiopia Talks

U.S. Ambassador to Somalia Richard Riley and AFRICOM officials arrive in Hargeisa for meetings on economic and security cooperation, just before Somaliland FM Abdirahman heads to Addis Ababa.

The visit comes as a U.S. House bill on Somaliland gains Republican momentum,
