Mogadishu (HOL) – Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud on Saturday attended the official handover ceremony marking the transition of leadership at the National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA), where Mahad Mohamed Salad assumed responsibilities as the new director, succeeding Abdullahi Mohamed Ali Sanbaloolshe.
