Mogadishu (HOL) — Heavy rains and flash floods since mid-April have swept across parts of Somalia, affecting more than 45,000 people and claiming at least four lives, according to a new situation report by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA).
