Mogadishu (HOL) — Uganda's Defense Minister, Hon. Jacob Marksons Oboth, warned Friday that Somalia's security is rapidly unravelling after Al-Shabaab militants launched a major assault on a Somali military base in the Middle Shabelle region, urging immediate reinforcement of African Union forces.
