Mogadishu (HOL) — Ali Jeyte Osman, commander of Somalia’s Ma’awisleey community defence forces, has accused Mogadishu Clan clan leaders of obstructing and failing to support ongoing military campaigns against the Al-Shabaab militant group in central and southern Somalia.
