Mogadishu (HOL) – Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud met with Xue Bing, the Special Envoy for the Horn of Africa Affairs of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, in Mogadishu on Tuesday to discuss enhancing bilateral ties.
