Finland Supports Resumption of Somali and Somaliland Talks

Finland has thrown its support behind the resumption of talks between Somalia and Somaliland.

This emerged following talks between Jukka Pajarinen and Abdikarim Hussein Guled.

Pajarinen is the Director of the Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Guled serves as the Special Presidential Envoy for Somaliland Talks Affairs.

They met on Sunday.

Director Pajarinen assured Gulednof Finland’s support for the talks.
