Mogadishu (HOL) - On Thursday, the United Nations Secretary-General, António Guterres, appointed Aisa Kirabo Kacyira of Rwanda as the new Head of the United Nations Support Office in Somalia (UNSOS), taking over from Lisa Filipetto of Australia.
