Ethnic attacks kill 60 in Ethiopia's Oromiya, says human rights body

NAIROBI — Gunmen killed more than 60 people and displaced 20,000 during three days of ethnically motivated violence in late August in Ethiopia’s most populous region, Oromiya, the country’s human rights commission said on Tuesday.
