MOGADISHU (Xinhua) -- Troops from the African Union Transition Mission in Somalia (ATMIS) and Somali National Army (SNA) on Tuesday recaptured El-Baraf military base in the Middle Shabelle region, southwest Somalia, two weeks after al-Shabab militants seized it from Burundi contingent.
