Bossaso (HOL) - Puntland’s Minister of Security, Abdisamad Mohamed Gallan, has announced that his regional administration is ready for talks to end the ongoing conflict in Bossaso after between state security forces loyal to the regional president, Said Abdullahi Deni, and a faction within the PSF continued into the second straight day.
