Somali government, opposition agree to withdraw forces from Mogadishu

MOGADISHU (HOL) - Somali PM and the opposition Wednesday struck a deal that would see all warring forces in vacate Mogadishu in 48 hours and that those who deserted the military to fight in Mogadishu are cushioned from punishment or dismissal.
