Mogadishu (HOL) - Somalia's Prime Minister held a meeting on Wednesday with the Presidents of Hirshabelle and Galmudug along with leading members of the Council of Presidential Candidates to discuss the perilous security situation in the capital and the implementation of the September 17 agreement.
