Mogadishu (HOL) - Somalia's Foreign Affairs State Minister, Balal Mohamed Osman, met with the Russian ambassador to Djibouti and Somalia, Mikhail Golovanov, on Thursday amid a growing rift between the Horn of Africa nation and prominent Western bakers.
