Deeq A. Posted January 11, 2021 A top military court in Somalia has handed down a death sentence against a soldier convicted of killing a civilian in Mogadishu on Monday. The SNA service member Sergeant Omar Muhyadin, according to the court judge, has killed Abdullahi Mohamed in the city’s Bondere area on September 20 last year. The convict can take an appeal within 30 days otherwise the sentence will be carried out.
