CAIRO, (Xinhua) -- Differences over main issues remain during the talks between Egypt, Sudan and Ethiopia over the rules of filling and operating the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) on the Nile River, Egyptian Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation said Sunday.
