MOGADISHU (HOL) - Tension between Kenya and Somalia appeared to ease Wednesday evening following a telephone conversation by leaders of the two countries after days of bitter exchanges with Kenya terming the spill-over of the Belet-Hawo an ‘act of provocation’.
