HARGEISA (HOL) - Somaliland cabinet has refuted media reports that it approved a joint visit by Somali President Mohamed Farmaajo and Ethiopia’s Abiy Ahmed to Hargeisa but a senior federal politician from the break-away region has confirmed the meeting.
