MOGADISHU (HOL) - Ilwad Elman, who moved from Canada to Somalia in 2010 to step into the shoes of her late father and champion of peace in Somalia to fight for former child soldiers and female victims of sexual abuse could be this year’s winner of a Nobel Prize, a Norwegian research organisation know for its predictions has said.
