Somgulf Towers - recently finished somali built project

Anything fishy going on at the Somgulf camp? Their Companies House status says 'proposal to strike off' and they havent presented any financial reports since inception/registration. I was about to order some documents on them when I came over this.

 

I also saw one of their commercials on Universal TV the other day were they were announcing that they were to raise $500m USD.

 

Is the company unwinding in UK to set-up shop fully in Dubai or are they having some internal troubles?
