LOL.... i tried the Atkins died for 2 weeks and i was done with it..couldnt do it anymore...u could loose anywere btw 10 to 15 pounds in the first 2 weeks. it really workds if u can live without carbs... i like South Beach better... Nomad...r u trying to go on the Atkins? A.A

like most of u i was addicted to coffee.esp STARBUCKS. ST.PAULCHICK my sister used to work at a starbucks and i never used to spend much on coffee lol ...i recently cut down on coffee coz of heartburns...1 of my worse addiction is pain relievers(advil,tylenol,excedrin etc)..i dont leave the house without them...i know its a bad habbit but cant live without them.. my new mild addiction is shisha.... and apple is my flavor. Rudy..i had the same exprience 2 nights ago..i was driving my mother and 2 of her friends..i was trying to make a turn and a speeding car hit my car..i did a 360 and then the car hit me again on the drivers sit door..i ended up in the other lane. we all came out of our cars..and the guy driving the other car started yelling in spanish.i could not speak...for the first time in my life i dialed 911...before the cops even got there the dude took off. luckly no 1 got hurt....but am still trying to recover from the shock..i have never been in an accident before. i dont know how am gonna drive again. oh i forgot..i was on my way 2 visit FLYING-STILL as well...nayaa how come u have not checked on me since saturday night.. . Good afternoon all, i was just watching the Oprah show ..and part of her show was about AIDS since today is WORLD AIDS DAY...just like u INS-POET i was surprised to hear that 71% of people infected with aids live in Africa...the show brought tears to my eyes...infact am still in tears...i wish we could all help in the fight againts this killer desease. my eid day wasnt that bad ...me and my mother went 2 eid prayers ..got back home and called a few relatives and friends ...FLYING=STILL am really mad that u did not answer my call :mad: . 2nd day of eid..me and my friends went to check out a somali concert.. not the greatest concert i have ever been 2...met a few nomads from SOL.
