    Saxib, i operate within my own borders, not clan borders colonial borders like every other country in the world, did God give Saudi Arabia its international borders or did the British empire, Did Africa invent its borders or were they inherited from the British empire?

     

    The days of clan borders are gone, this is the 21st century and Sool, Sanag and Buhoodle belong within my borders.

    - no unifying vision for the country

    - no neutral party to build bridges

    - no state institutions or common goals

    On average 10 hourses and building are built in Hargaisa EVERY DAY, many more in Borama, Burco,Berbera and Erigavo. Its Currency is worth double that of the Somali shilling, its army is the third largest in the region after Eriteria. Its airports operate day and night. It ports service the entire region, its teenage population is 70& literate amongst the highest in the region.

    SSC - the very word you use has no real meaning only to a people who have no idea. Lets start with Sanag .....80 in the hands of Somaliland forces, Sool 100% in the hands of Somaliland. Cayn --- doesnt exist saxib, if you are refering to the region of buhoodle..its a special circumstance, a few people appose and instead of butchering them the southern and pirate way of business we wait and liberalise them and work with clan leaders when ready we move in, not one drop of blood is spilt and thus peace is maintained. The Somalilander way, The intelligent way.

    the day alshabab captures somalia will be the happiest day of my life, somalilanders know what im talking about. The end of the shariff government, he will run to yemen as he does, puntland will me next on the alshabab hitlist, knowing pirateland and there lack of guts on the battlefield, they will welcome them with flowers and give there daughters to them. looool !

    In 18 years we have managed to achieve more then any other somali so called state did without recognition, or nation for that matter.

     

    what have you achieved in 18 years, ....more raping....more killing...civil war....to rebel war....to warlord war....to islamic fanatics...to tfg ....to 18 failed governments and no actual positive accurance. If that is success to you saxib i would rather be without recognition, because with or without it i know i am greater then you. and if you had a choice i know you would wanna be me.

    The individual who began this post, forget the difference between state sponserd genocide and murder by individuals who have no authority and are a rebel movement.

     

    the state can be held accountable as Samatar was a general for the somali government, however a few rebels who were part of the civilian population can not be held accountable because they were not acting on orders but impulse.

     

    so come up with a legal argument, that is strong enough to stand,

     

    and another thing, just because your justice has been denied to you by circumstances and lack of legal argument or evidence, doesnt mean you should deny justice to others, as men you have to have at least honour but i think djibouti lacks that honour considering, its a slave entity run by french foreign legionaires,
