Good morning ladies,
I don’t know why our people like to spread negative news. Some actually take delight in it. I heard a horrific story last night, it cost me my sleep and peace of mind. And no, I will not repeat it here or anywhere else.
Ibti, that was a troubling poem. We will not always have peace of mind, uncertainty & worry is the lot of 20 somethings. May Allah ease the troubles of the distressed.
On another note, is face book still worth having? It doesn’t seem like it.

I don’t understand when people do silly things like climb a mountain or go sailing round the world feel they have helped humanity? It doesn’t matter if you’re Chinese or 12 or Arab, how is it useful? A personal achievement certainly but nothing to brag about to the rest of the world.

Talking to yourself is normal and quiet harmless, as long as you know the person you’re conversing with is you with different opinions, as in your own consciousness or reasoning self. Don’t loose touch with reality. Spend less time online and msn and actually meet with friends.
When another entity comes into the equation, such as an elderly woman, then you need to go see your Doc. Could just be borderline something or stress or something that can be controlled by medication.
