    It shows that Reer Puntland are not Xaasid and will not stop business merely it is coming from Somaliland as long as we are taxing double at Sool/Sanaag customs. This is win win situation. Somaliland gets some of the port levy that used to go to Salal port, Puntland gets same amount of port levy at Sool/Sanaag custom posts plus double the tax. The businessmen still save money through 0% taxes, loss of currency exchange, and savings on load/unloading labour costs at Salal. The population of Sool/Sanaag of Puntland win to through increased economic activity.

    On the other hand, Bosaso port which was already working on overcapacity can concentrate on it's  niche which is serving smaller ships and dhows, until the extension and construction of container terminal is ready and fully operational.

    It shows if this hapless hopeless brethren of hours in North stop the hate and vermin, we can work together and rise as one of the best nations in Africa. But it is good to see it us Puntlanders that are once again crafting and crafting to make our country Somalia, Great Again 👏👏👏👏

    The secessionists turned "achievement" debate into my ass is bigger than yours, how simpletons and macnolawayaal 😂😂😂

    It is not a secret Bosaso Seaport is smaller port than all the Somalia's ports such as Berbera, Mogadishu and Kismayo. Hence, the larger heavy ships can not dock there. It mainly serves small ships, dhows which most likely don't have antenna partnership with vesseltracker.com. As such it is not good measurement of activity as it will miss a lot of data of vessels which are not registered with them. Bosaso mitigates this lack of capacity by operating work of loading and unloading ships and dhows 24 hours.

    The debate is how are you mobilising, improving your meagre resources and establishing and developing new ones. Puntland understood this and strived to build its infrastructure from comparably low base and outperformed Somaliland which had a head start and bigger resources for example: Berbera seaport and Hargeisa airport left for them by the Somali Kacaan government.

    Is that all you can come up with? in 30 years, no one big key infrastructure completed!!!! I did not even mention all the the planned infrastructure that are underway for Puntland such as Bosaso port extension, Garowe Galkio High Way, Garowe intercity High way. I listed the achievements with substance that have realised or under construction. 

    Your biggest city Hargaisa does not have running water and only NOW the NGO's are promising money, where in Puntland Bursalax a mere village which did not exist before the civil war has a running water and all the necessary public services.

    Also, your knowledge of pre war Somalia seems limited. Puntland suffered under Siad Barre and out villages had been destroyed and many of our people killed, imprisoned and forced to flee. In terms of infrastructure we had was the long highway, and later years the small seaport of Bosaso. That was it. We had to start from zero and rebuilt bit by bit.
     

    Also stop lying you bloody Damiin, no Puntland minister was ever killed by terrorist. This is the problem with secessionist, you facts are hot air and lot of fart 😀
     

    Also, you contradicting yourself. Other day you said Puntland was well run state. NOW when your bluff country is questioned, you backtrack on it😂😂 . I know truth hurts but at least be consistent.

    Hey Mr Damiin, Puntland has been in existence for only 21 years  and have achieved a lot of things is set out in the first place:

    1. Finding a functioning government built on federalism. CHECK

    2. To keep the peace and providing the public services in the absence of Central Government. CHECk

    3. Built underdeveloped small towns into bustling cities. CHECK

    3. Built two airports from scratch no where else in the Somali Republic has managed to undertake such a big infrastructure development. CHECK

    4. A big 180 million dollar modern seaport being built as we speak. CHECK

    3. 150 Km intercity high way under way in Ceeldahir. CHECK

    You can basically say Puntland achieved more in 20 years than you could not achieve in 30 years. And you call yourself a country 😀😀

    Your argument had everything to do with Sool/Sanaag & Canyn. You are trying to dismiss clear violation of the constitution by the country's legislature and equating that to a claim by a state boundaries that has not been defined, no commision has came up with any recommendations and  no parliament has ratified it. The paragraph (5) is stipulating how in the future (shall) (Somali: doonaa), the commission will base it's recommendation on pre 1991 regions.
