When Ahmed Samatar was for more than 20 years campaiging for somalia and its politics he was a good man educated, but when he goes home and works for the independence of republic of Somaliland nothing but bad words for him by southernes and their press. One word for them =hypocrites, they hate him for standing up for Somaliland .Shamefull people leave the man alone. Calikum wa salam, thank you for speaken up , I agree with you lately I have also seen the politics section of this website turned into a battle of qabilism. Qabilism is jahiliyah we must all refrain from this and yea I encloud myself first. We need new solutions in the politics section for the many issues facing our bedeyouun people back home . Thinking back the only time I saw any constructive ideas been forwarded was long time ago. We need young people with new ideas not what we hear everyday in our local coffehouse. So good on you for speaking out . These people are stuck in siyad barre regime time the past . yaa RABB change our minds and qalbi we are all tired of this fitna.

Good to see The President visiting the eastern areas the republic of Somaliland. The reopening of Lasqorey hospital, and other facilities will help the local somalilanders communty. With the local road link between Cerigaabo district capital in sanaag and the small town of lasqorey connected it will boost trade and connect fareastern towns to Somaliland . Regarding the Ancient land of Pwnt will That is located in upper Egypt delta I also welcome them to visit Somaliland why not . But for those claming descent from ancient Punt And say its Todays Italian Somalilands barii region as usual lies and claming other people history .

If the socalled arab org could muster any unity they would help one of the must important arab country, Syria. The days of the arab league is gone. Memberstates only send low level delegates now , only Somalia and smaller country send the president.
