Duke it is pitiful that you always think that if you blame others for every problem the TFG has, that it will go away. Aweys is nowhere near Mogadishu. These people took to the streets on their own. Majority were against the Ethiopian invasion, while the others were against the discriminate disarming of the people of Mogadishu, while there are thousands of Ethiopian troops and warlords who are pouring into the city. The TFG needs to fix the problems they have motivated. It was the TFG who brought Ethiopian militias in Somali soil not the ICU.

And what web-war are you waging? Supporting warlords and the Ethiopian invasion?

The resistance will come from the people, who are getting more and more impatient by the second. The Ethiopian troops should be given three days to pack and leave, if not then they have other intentions which are not beneficial to the Somalis or Somalia for that matter and should not be trusted. The sooner the Ethiopians leave the better.

Naxar, duke doesn’t need my help to discredit him. He has a degree in self-humiliation. The ICU who wasn’t that strong was able to gain the trust of the different tribes of Mogadishu and their residents. For six months Mogadishu was safe and sound. The people trusted the ICU, it didn’t matter what tribe or clan the majority of the ICU leaders were from. Again try to judge people by their merits and not their tribe and maybe you get yourself on the right path. I didn’t support the courts nor opposed them, but we had our disagreements, there were some things they did that conflicted with my ideas, but as a whole the people were happy. The TFG is full of warlords from different tribes, but they are all the same a bunch of goons and traitorous creatures who united. The time when you TFG supporters could use the ICU as an excuse is over. Remember there is no ICU, so stop comparing the two together, it won’t justify what the TFG is doing.

Actually Ethiopia isn’t obligated to help us out simply because most Somalis think that the Ethiopian regime today came to power with the “substantial help” which was given to them by the Somali nation. And just how “substantial” was that help? Where there Somali tanks, MIGs and thousands of Somali soldiers who went all the way to Addis Ababa to install in this regime, the answer is plainly NO. They weren’t as dense as the Somalis we have today, who are enthusiastic in killing his fellow Somalis and selling them out to the lowest bidder. It must have slipped his mind, but factually Ethiopia is eminent for supporting different warlords and arming them to the teeth. As I have said before we are more than willing to hold responsible those of us who have caused and continue to cause internal damages, and there are plenty including our so called legitimate warlord government to blame. However some foreign intruders particularly Ethiopia has given us a reason to hold them accountable. Are we wrong to know who our enemy is? Should we brush everything that took place these past 16 years aside and blame no one? I am deeply sorry but someone will bear the blame, whether it is Somalis or Ethiopians or Americans it really doesn’t matter. There is someone to blame for all this chaos, it is clear that there were other participants involved in flaming this never-ending-war and some of those hands didn’t belong to a Somali individual. So the blaming game shouldn’t stop until justice is served! Those who are responsible will either be brought to justice in this world or the hereafter by the All-Mighty.

Ethiopian foreign minister Seyoum Mesfin was yesterday in Khartoum to deliver a message from the Prime Minister Meles Zenawi on the situation in Somalia. He told the press that Ethiopian troops entered Somalia in self defence after Islamists threats. Threatened to do what you raw meat eating scavenger? The Islamic courts like any sane Somali wanted the Ethiopian troops out of Somalia. They were lying for months, insisting that they only have few trainers in baidio, who are training the TFG soldiers. While that continuously contradicted what the people and eyewitness were suggesting. There were plenty of people who said they have seen hundreds of Ethiopian soldiers in baidio roaming around freely. What are your soldiers doing in another country, especially in a country where you are hated by the masses, except the @$$-kissers. Today the abuser, the aggressor, the attacker has the audacity to claim that his nation was acting on self-defense :confused:

You want the warlords to disarm the people they terrorized? What part of there is no assurance that the Ethiopians will protect the people of Mogadishu don’t you understand. Disarming the population won’t solve anything, and will only create more mistrust between the people and the TFW. And if we are talking about the majority of the people in Mogadishu, who you assume have no voice and are the victims, then what is the point of disarming if the majority are mere victims who are abused rather than the abusers :confused:

Duufaan There is no guarantee at all that they Ethiopian troops will protect you. Before you disarm you have to come up with a solution, to how to disarm and who will be disarmed. The warlord government wants to go to every house and take away the only protection they have, that doesn’t make sense to me and it would make any sense to those living in Mogadishu. Why disarm, just enforce a law which makes carrying guns in public illegal. And eventually slowly, but surely the guns will disappear. If the people feel safe then they will probably throw away their guns, but it is clear that they don’t feel safe, since all of them are clutching to their guns. Some warlord government their people don’t even trust them, hell I don’t blame them.
