    I almost tried to ignore that...but then i thought it was kinda annoying...it's like one of those sort of things that you'd ask yourself, is it worth the comment?...lol...

     

    Aside from that, this whole forum proposal, i thought, would bring some perspectives for our younger brothers...but then again, the older ones are the ones that really need the understanding and the awareness...!

     

    It's very sad walaahi...to see these young kids not concentrating on their school and doing drugs while the older ones are just sitting around Starbucks clowning each other, wasting their time...instead of reaching out...and making a difference!

    LMAO!...i had a similar problem while back...when i would argue with my girl about some girls she would hear about (she said sort of stuff)...and i would try to play it off...but then right when i take a nap...i would talk about them and even say some of their names...oh boy, right!?...crazy days man...so to solve the problem...i dont take naps anymore...around her!..lol

    If it's going to be that way...then who would want something like that?...

     

    My intentions were more along with health issues and strengthening relationships...how to be a gentlemen...and in that sort of ideas...having some perspectives that are meaningful...a good lifestyle in a sense!

     

    Nothing close to gossips and nonsense talks...(thought gossiping was a woman's trait...no offense)...do men gossip? dang!

    I was reading the Men's Health magazine the other day about some good tips on health and relationships...and I was wondering...how can I forward this message to my brothers so they can be aware of it as well?...specially about the health issues....and first thing I thought about was SOL...but then there is no such place appropriate to post this other than 'General' section....

    Hi, it's me again!

     

    I don't know if someone already requested this, but we should have a place for men's forum.

     

    We can address some of the issues relating to men's health, tips on relationship, and how we can better ourselves, help our communities and families.

     

    There is no point of having a forum to discuss nonsense topics or ideas...this will be for serious discussions as it will relate to men’s issues....where we can learn from one each others’ experiences.

    Can two people who were married then got divorced date again? Is this normal? What do you call that? Would you consider the girl to be a girlfriend and vice versa? Is it awkward or could it happen? I have no idea man...that's why I want to know your opinions...thanks...and dont think I am the one in this sort of situation here...cuz we tend to generalize...lol

    I don't know if someone already posted this but I hate it whenever I hear "waxaa la yiri"...it just annoys the shit out of me....

     

    Majority of Somali folks use this term "Waxaa La Yiri" without knowing or having the knowledge of what they're trying to say or explain.

     

    People just find out stuff and research your own thinking instead of relying on someone else's opinion or thoughts.

     

    Waxaa la yiri this, that....doesnt do for me and whenever I confront people about this bad habit...they'd look into themselves and just realize how dump they can be...

     

    Plus this whole notion of 'waxaa la yiri' created corruption cuz that, too, can be interepreted into gossips and can create a fight! I am out! Peace

    Just give the guy a chance...he can be a huge difference in your life if you can be a little open-minded.

     

    Besides, we're all humans and we should give one another a second look...so if you're comfortable around him, then I am sure your "three muskateers" would just fine...after all, they're somewhat like you, right? So I would even watch their back so they wont steal Mr. Ugly from ya!...Cheers
