Waxaandhammaan la wada soconaa in beesha caalamku dhagaha ka gufaysatay, inay caawiyaan dadka abaaruhu saameeyeen, waxaan kaloo og nahay in Dawladda Kenya, kasoo oodatay xadka, ay la wadaagto Soomaaliya halkaas oo dad badani, ku tabaalaysan yihiin.
