Qudhac Posted February 21, 2004 There has been cloud gathering in garowe in the last few weeks that could suggest the administration in puntland are in trouble due to infighting within the administration, and civil unrest in bossaso and garowe. since Cabdullahi Yousuf left puntland there seems to be different forces at work with their own agenda and many believe the guy who was left in charge of puntland has his own agenda to undermind C/Y, as we all know C/Y is not allowed to leave kenya until the conference finishes and it seems alot of people are using this time to get their agenda underway. all this is compounded by the war plan in sool which has gone wrong for the puntland adminitration due to alot of dessertion into the other camp, garowe which espaped the troubles of bossaso is now under dark cloud with the murder of the minister. so the question is what is happening and is this administration about to implode.???
