BOB Posted February 24, 2006 Qena - An elderly Egyptian who murdered his wife after she refused to add an extra spoon of sugar in his tea was sentenced on Monday to life imprisonment, said court sources. Hassan Ahmed Mohammed, who is in his 80s, electrocuted his wife, Ansaf Amin Yusef, and chopped up her body when their 40 years of matrimony turned sour over the fateful spoon of sugar. BOB Posted February 24, 2006 On a lighter note, a family member who spent some time in Egypt was telling me of a Bazaar he visited in one of the side streets in Cairo. As a special attraction, the salesman was exhibiting at one end of the room "the skull of Cleopatra" beside it was a smaller skull and my relative asked just out of curiosity whose skull was it, "that's Cleopatra too' he explained to him kindly "as a child".
