    I think this my might be just the year for arsenal if they dont blow it, juve out, man out, either bayern or real is gotta go out, hopin sparta can take care of those scrappy rossi n neris, arsenal will have it made, the rest are manageable for arsenal. i would love to see them win.

     

    am so happy juve n man are out, shujui whats happenin ur italians are gettin snatched one by one. i guess this goes to show how la liga is superior, i realize it's too early but hold on to ur seat, tomorrow is a day of reckoning fo ya i hope u know what i mean

    well ur title in itself contains the problem , the first islamic state was not established on a revolution neither will any future once, cuz revolutions just dont work. revolutions are all about quick fixes, involve no real platform, and benefit few. its like yasmine said, we need to transform our hearts, we need to become less complaicent and more proactive, we need to let our actions speak for us, rather than being hypocrites. the rest becomes like drinkin water.

    saying ur salafi is not shirk, far from it. when u say that ur a salafi, it means u adhere to the quran and sunnah and the teachings of the rightly guided sahaba and tabicin. it means ur not shia, ismaili, moderist excusist islam, orientalist, tabliqi etc...

    from what i know, n thats not much tabliqi deviate from da sunna of the prophet, i dont wanna go into much detail, but am sure if u as any shaik they'll able to tell u the story there.

    salafi doesnt mean wearing short pants or growing a beard primarily, of course those are the elements of the sunna of the prophet (pbuh) and we all should try to emulate, but we are talkin about believe here not actions. before u act u must believe, and therefore you have to know what u believe is the authentic islam.

    During the Prophet (pbuh) time and the sahaba and also the tabicin, there was only one group of people who claimed to be muslim. but today that has all changed. when some1 tells you he or she is muslime you dont know what to make of it, because it does not say anythang about their Aqida. So i believe by attributing urself to salafi salih mode of condunct in the affairs of religion you are declaring to be a follower of the true teachings of our messanger (pbuh) and his rightly guided sahaba and followers, thus can be deduced, a follower of the authentic Islamic Aqida.

     

    i believe differentiation is neccesary so people know the deviations others that claim to be muslims carry in their believe, for example the shia, ismailis, tabliqis etc...

    We all know of the prophecy, that a time will come where 72 different groups will claim to be the rightly guided (within islam). Thats why Shaq Albani (RA) that a true believer should ascribe himself or herself as salafi or salafiyah. because saying ur a muslim these days is not the same as the times of the sahaba.

     

    so would u ascribe urself as salafi?

    man yesterday i had the pleasure of watching Real vs. bayern simultaneously with arsenal vs. celta.

     

    although it was filled with goals, it couldnt grab my attention.

     

    i've neva seen bayern play like dat, man did they make those superstars crazy, zidane was so frustrated i neva saw him like dat. man Makaay was on another level the whole bayern team, dats why u can neva count germsns out, the know how to roll on crunch time. i cant speak for their ****** goalie, i guess leahmann will be gettin his crack at top post in national team soon.

    i did a little of observation on myself, i went through a midterm session without reading Quran, and one with reading Quran. difference was crazy i mean aver. of B+ on non Quran reading session and A on the Quran reading session.

     

    when i mean reading Quran, i mean reading as well as reflecting on the ayas.

    sue, u right but u must distinguish between the symptoms of the disease n the disease itself. abusing marital responsabilities are one of da many failures of somali men. the real issue is the degradation of character. We need to build a society filled with honorable truthful young man that are in link with their din. The point here is how do u expect ur rights be honored if the person (male partner) feels he has no obligation to do so, he has no compulsion cuz there is no fear of repraisal from Allah(swt).

     

    on the other hand, i cant say the somali females are in any better shape.

    i think knowledge is result of education, you gain the know how because hopefully u went through the rigorous tasks, but wisdom thats a different story. its the ability to envision, understand both mentaly and with your heart, you dont need to know the mechanistic logic to completely forcast the retroputions of certain actions or ideas.. wisdom is a gift from Allah n given only to those of pure heart, such as Luqman of Africa.
