  1. A/Y is being rejected for no other reason other than 'Qabil'.

There will most definitely be a bloody war in Somalia this year but it will be the deciding one. We either will continue to be refugees for another 20 years or a real government will be established.

  2. Everything takes time. I think Cadde has so far made the right moves however he should start concentrating on the infrastructure of big cities in Puntland especially the capital city.

He should also ban the police carrying weapons therefore encouraging the people to solve misunderstandings without violence. His bodyguards or whatever they are should get rid of the military uniform and dress casually they should also get rid of the guns. Small changes like these are needed.

The last and by no means the least his government needs to secure and protect the sea which is a source of income for a lot of people. They could create a voluntary organisation(since the gov complains of not having enough money) which is also inclusive of the young that will be the leaders of tomorrow This org. could keep reports on the sea and people especially the ones in the diaspora could donate money to help protect the sea afterall ppl donate money for useless wars. They could get the young generation interested by awarding certificates or maybe introduce it as a work experience. This could also save the teenagers that have a lot of time on their hands from getting on the wrong side of the law such as gangs and robbery.

Yes, he needs to get rid of those corrupt men but it will take time to eradicate them, so all he can do now is watch every move they make.

  3. If he is free to move around then why bring in troops. Some would find troops provocative don't you think!

Who is the other side that is causing insecurity? Like i said before these people need to stop going around in circles and get to the point.

  4. I'm sick of accusations going back and forth. If reer Lasqorey want independence from Puntland then so be it and if they believe that Somaliland is going to take them out of their 'misery' then join them.

I don't see the point in beating around the bush. People in Eastern Sanaag should make their voices heard and make it crystal clear about what they exactly want.

  5. I do understand why he has requested FT because we all know his colleagues do not have any intentions of handing their militia's over. But i do wonder how long one can plan, he needs to implement those plans before people start taking his government as a big joke mind you some already think so.

As they say actions speak louder than words! He seems to be saying the right stuff so far but he immensely lacks the action
