    FIFA commission bans official

    ZURICH, Switzerland -- A Somali soccer official who said he was offered bribes to vote for FIFA president Sepp Blatter was suspended from the sport's governing body for two years.

     

    FIFA's disciplinary commission said Monday that Farah Addo, the president of the Somali Football Association, failed to prove his bribery accusations.

     

    He made "unfounded allegations of unethical conduct'' and "undermined the interests of football as a whole,'' FIFA said.

     

    Addo said last March he was offered $100,000 to support Blatter in the 1998 presidential campaign. Blatter won the vote against European soccer chief Lennart Johansson.

     

    Addo had accused FIFA executive committee member Mohamed Bin Hammam of paying the bribes.

     

    Last year, Blatter was accused of corruption and mismanagement by former FIFA general secretary Michel Zen-Ruffinen. Blatter was cleared of any criminal conduct last month. Zen-Ruffinen was forced out after Blatter's re-election in June.

    The recent bombing that took place in Mombassa is one great opportunite for Meles and Ethoipian. This will give them a green light to keep oppressed the somali population that resides in Ethiopia. And will open an opportunite door to go deep into somali and make things worst.     As you heard the news somewhere in Italy human cloning is taking place. They claim a healty cloned bably to be born in January and this send an ethical shock wave around the globe.

    1) what do you make of this stroy/new?

    2) If big IF this happened successfully how would that affect your life personally?

    3) Does that bothers you or give you a hope?

    Well, the reliability of this letter is a bit questionable. However, neither i ask/insist for proof nor dismiss the validity of this. I have seen many desperate people seekiing help/recognition from them. If this happen to be "true and real" letter from the renegad province of somalia to estblish "a stratagic link with the state of Isreal". That is nothing but sad. Lets wait and see the response from "His excellence the prime minister of isreal". If you have that letter make sure u post it for more detail and in order to follow up.

    MMA!

    i recall a couple of month ago this criminal warlard called shaatiguduud bombarded a childern clinic in Xamar for no apparent reason. And when he asked by bbc why did he bombarded the clinic and what was his motive? He replied "I WANTED TO SHOW THE WORLD THAT THERE IS NO PEACE IN XAMAER" LOOOOOL. :confused: Isnt that sad!! :mad: Imagin when such a guy become a leader :confused:

    What OLF has to do with somali ppl? Do we really care weather they are a terrorist or a freedom figther? By the way do you know who are the OLF? it doesnt seems you are and i will help out here OLF = Oromo Libration Front.     Truth It has been that way for a quite sometimes. The Bais media is clearly tilted toward the jewish. Since they are the ones who owned the major mass medias in this country. If you need to hear fair and balanced news you should consider the BBC or the newly established Al-jazira. American Media wont tell you the truth at all when it comes to the middle east or Islam.

    The Question is sis Maridian how and where can we start this struggle? It is indeed encouraging thought. One must seriously think to unite somali first then we can claim the land we lost. In the main time i have heard alots of story that the somali's are being Oppressed badly, our sisters being rapped in daily bases, killing somali man by the EPRDF is not a crime at all. There are a horrible stories are taking place in that region. And my nomads brothers and sisters just keep your head up. Lets not the xabasha bulling us around.

    Thanks for your concern my Lebnanni sister but our problem is long, stupid and complicated story to understand. Its unfortunate time for somali ppl but such a tragedy tookplace in every society and its the turn for us now. so lets be patient and INSHA ALLAH things migth change soon or later.
