Prohibited for you (in marriage) are your mothers, your daughters, your sisters, the sisters of your fathers, the sisters of your mothers, the daughters of your brother, the daughters of your sister, your nursing mothers, the girls who nursed from the same woman as you, the mothers of your wives, the daughters of your wives with whom you .have consummated the marriage - if the marriage has not .been consummated, you may marry the daughter. Also prohibited for you are the women who were married to your genetic sons. Also, you shall not be married to two sisters at the same time - but do not break up existing marriages. 3. Aw-Dhubad,Geel_jire, you are both welcome. I truly don’t foresee last mile fiber connections to the client any time soon partly because of the luck of infrastructure, the ability to handle such a large scale project and last but not least the financial part of the whole thing. They still have to tweak whatever is at hand now, deal with the constant cable breakage (this happens often) and then maybe we can expect the next level. I will also add another point which most of you might already know, which is that how can we expect to have a fiber optic link running underground when the local municipality doesn't even have a centralized city wide drainage system?

Yep sxb we get the link via fiber optic backbone, before that our internet was thru sat link... but I'll just need to clarify the method in use at the moment, Fiber optic cable runs upto the Somaliland coast and then the signal is microwaved upto Hargeisa! from there the ISP has the option of either providing to the clients thru DSL, Wireless PTP bridges and so on. The current speeds are only limited to just around 512 uplink/downlink, which is quite a leap for us guys cuz I remember when we used to be on a not so fast dialup modem not long ago! I thought the only country in africa with fiber optic link is SA. You are too much behind sxb .... it is here, next door, Djibouti. That is where the Fiber Obtic is coming now. Agreement has been signed to put one in Berbera but not sure about the implementation. JB am well aware of that fact. Djibouti had that fiber optic around there for a long time but they never had much use for it until recently. Our telcoms operators are linking up thru Djibouti Originally posted by Aw-Dhubad: JB, Let me get this right, In Somaliland the current internet connection is done through satellite right? And what is the highest internet speed you can get over there? The answer to that varies depending on who we are talking about? Private companies, Organizations? Well some get around 1Mb dedicated, other are on a shared pool of say 512/512 with a shared ratio of 1:8 (that is 8 satellite clients in 1 pool of 512)
  5. Agree with winger on that, I really think Berbatov has brought a new dimension to the front line, something that we've been missing since Ruud..
  6. Dabdhid there is access is Somalia, actually 3 Telecoms companies (Telsom, Afrol,Telcom) are linking up Hargeisa thru the fibre optic link. The only problem right now is that they are not taking advantage of this technology to the max!, But all in all the browsing speed are near broadband..

Well my friend i'll tell you one thing is for sure Liverpool almost had a run for their money in that match and penalty was questionable as well! Whats up winger, norf Man Utd
  8. I agree with you on the fact that Barca play through the Midefield and you did indeed cut out that part of the game last week, however note that Messi was not very effective in the wings cuz he just came off injury and requires more games to be fit enough (Guilly should have played instead), also remember that Saviola was wasting alot of clear cut chances upfront that am very sure Eto would have taken advantage of. all in all Barca should probably take the game to Liverpool. They simply cannot give up Ngoge it is not their character to do so!!! The talk of Liverpool claiming the crown should for some other time.
  9. Sxb Bob maybe you shouldn't really write out Barca before the game has even started. Liverpool have shown many short comings so far this season marka expect to play a better and motivated Barca team at Anfield. I do hope Eto is fit enough to lead the attack because finishing is were they have had many problems. It ain't over till the fat lady sings
  10. SUBHANA ALLAH some people actually believed in this hoax... thanks AF for bring the proof into light Salams
