    Apparently SSC fighters have been banned in seeking refugee in Puntland by Garoowe authorities. So they had to seek refugee in Ethiopia to re-mobilize and organizes their fighters.

    Injured SSC fighters are also been treated in ethiopia, so far no help from Puntland whatsoever.

    SL army has sent a ethiopian delegation asking SSC forces not be aided within Ethiopia
