  1. Salaam Akhyaarta iyo Islaamaha smile.gif

Anyway, talking of gawrac, anigu shimbiraha ma bireeyo oo waliba AT oo aan ogahay reerahoodu sideey qoolleey qalatada u yasaan, digaag u loogi maayo. Marti waa la sooraa, magan waa dhowraa.. is the traditional motto, and that custom I shall uphold. Waxaan, ofcourse, ka baqayaa in AT sidii Qawdhan Ducaale ii gabyo:

Marti daasha leh oo goor maqrib ah dadabta loo heelay

Inuu meyd digaaga u qalo dudana mooyaane

Inuu gool dureemada ku koray dacal ugu logo laga waa

    Waa garateen, soo maha :D

    Xiin waan ku salaamay sxb.

Anna AT iyo hablaha kale ayaan salaan kalsooni ku ladhan tahay u dirayaa smile.gif

  2. ^Yaa ooyaya bilaneey?

Che, the factor of risk had to be accepted for what it is sxb. No one should commit politically or financially expecting a winning outcome everytime. These folks you say have grievances now were yesterday 'pure' Puntlanders, so how can they claim otherwise with the mere loss of a 4-year term post? I don't think we need such duplicity in peoples' dealing.

I say stick with Puntland or revitalise the Maakhir state idea but never cross over to Somaliland. This is because crossing over to Somaliland would sincerely create dire problems for reer SSC - just see the reference of 'East Sanaag' SLanders use to divide a single region's people. Now fast forward to 25 or 50 years and they'll be no such thing as even East Sanaag. I say this with the welfare of both Puntlanders and Somalilanders in mind. When shyt hits the fan, it'll get really sticky!

  3. ^Now I have right to be a Macangag Puntlander, and counter the Oodweyne's, NGONGE's, Suldaanka's, Norf, JB, ... I mean they must be getting their SOL PR right to even sway NN to their side.

I am still refusing to believe recent PL selection swayed the man....

  4. A good start indeed. Will we be expecting a reformation of a sort then? Or is this press release a soundbite deemed appropriate for the today's propaganda propagation?

The salient question that begs to be asked is: will the A-S ever warm up to the idea of partaking in national reconciliations, alongside Sheikh Shariif?

  5. But you have to acknowledge the mastery at which Mr. Faroole has rubbished popular demand. The fellow has done good for himself, and now I guess he'll hook up with Range Resources, his former financial enemies. Who knows, perhaps the man would be more diplomatic in dealing with reer Maakhir with regards to exploration, more than Cade :D .

    Waxbaa jira lol.

PS: It was a dream to hope Nuradiin would get a chance. It wasn't meant to be. :(

  6. Puntland is always dreaming
and tightening their belts to take by force the eastern area of Sanaag region as well as Sool. They failed their unrealistic and false propaganda of nepotism and tribal bases. They brought an army on that border to create chaos and trouble,
but because of the will of the people and the powerful military army of Somaliland
the registration went on smoothly and peacefully in the far east of the country especially in Dhar area which is the success story of Somaliland.

Lol. OK. For once, let's call a spade a spade. Who's really dreaming? C'mon, tell us the truth :D

  7. Paragon's Claws! :D There's no such thing bella. Ibti is my PR enemy. Aw guuryo on your upcoming wedding.

    Haneefah, usheeg nooh ;) .

I'm watching the start of the video and already I am anticipating a jittering experience.

My priority is several years plan actually. To master enlightening knowledge before I hit 40, Insha-Allah. May Allah help us.

Saaxiib decaayaddan balada ah ee xukun jeceylka ah baa iska hari lahayd...

    Lool. Ma tiri, xiinoow.

The most hilarious fooniya call I heard was back in the early 90s, an early night, walking between Kenya and Somalia smuggling Baasto and Taayarro into Liboi ... while looking for the BBC night service, I accidently tuned a filibs radio and there they were; two reer Bari gents relaying their strategic manouvers of the Kismayo issue and how social relations should be conducted. Each sentence alternating with 'Ma garatay and the reciever comfirming 'gartay' . The 'Shimbirtii ma duushay?' and 'Boowe duushay oo degtay' part of the conversation was clever yet humourous. 'Yaah? Shimbirtii aa?' laughed out of my hired guns lol.

Listening to them was a revelation lol. That's when I recognized the M's knack for politics. I was chuckling all through the night, while reer Ayeeyadeey would join me in the chuckling and the next minute get furious, because they were fighting Morgan and Omar jees was going to lead them to victory. That night i think the secret got out and Kismayo was lost :D .

    Khatari sana lol.

  9. ^I hear all the excitement about the forth-coming elections, and I hope the hopefuls wouldn't be disappointed. A change of regional regime - from the current one to a better one - would indeed be welcome.

Caamiroow, iga jaahil bixi: what is the procedural framework of Puntland's presidential elections? What sort of system is in place to have the next president; through elders' selection or voter elections? If one applies more than the other, which is the more prominent method? Just curious.

  10. I think they got what they wanted at last. Hamas, I mean. A ground assault from Israel as a new year's present.

A bloody good chance to rival Hizbullah's impressive resistance story; the sort of stuff from which heros and folk-tales are born. And the beast (Israel) is bringing it on like they don't care. Ofcourse they don't.

But who'll care about the people of Gaza? Pity.
