    Yes. We are Somalis and we're nothing without Woqooyi Galbeed. Even we have plans for Soomaali Galbeed and NFD in future.

    I'm in Bossaso and nobody knew anything about this incident. It was only 2 kids throwing few stones and the warlord diaries started their usual wank-fest. Thus, I'm repeating the "waxba ma dhicin" statement.

    This is load of bollocks. The world and his wife know that Dahabshiil is one of those few honest companies from Somalia and it has nothing to do with terrorists and money laundry. If Ahmed Godane is from the same roots as the owners of Dahabshiil, that doesn't mean they're associates.

     

    My God! The people over at SunaTimes don't even know how to construct a simple sentence.

    I'm Bossasian through and through, but I think Erigavo and Sheikh should be in the list, too. May be remove Sinujif and Karin as they will be absorbed by the expansion of Garowe and Bossaso in the near future, and put Sheikh and Erigavo there.

    1. Currently, the issue is bigger than a tinny border. Rayaale once mentioned Qow (a village in few kilometeres from the west of Bossaso) and 'geedka Jiica ah' (somewhere between Garowe and Qardho).

     

    2. Anything that's valuable to the big boys. Oil, gold, uranium, etc...

     

    3. Shiite, Sunnis, Wahabiyah, Christians, etc...

    Recognition is considered when:

     

    * there is defined and undisputed land.

    * the country have enough resources to attract the interests of the big boys.

    * there are at least 2 opposing religious views, so they turn on each other when the big boys are enjoying the resources of the country.

    Thats exactly what I was thinking about, Chimera. Few weeks ago the PL government decided to demolish a historic house near the old port of Bender Cassim; the only reason they removed this building was because Saracen needed to place some kind of facility there.

     

    As I heard in rumours, the house was built by the Ottomans long, long ago.

     

    I sometimes ask myself whether its the lack of proper education that made our old people some kind of muppets at best.
