    Ibti, I'm not hopeless, I'm hopeful. :D

     

    OK, so the semifinals are Germany vs. Turkey, and Russia vs. Spain. I'll take a guess and predict a Spain vs. Turkey final with Turkey taking it 1-0.

     

    Norf, I'm sure Mr. Roma is a tad disappointed right now.

    They have no incentive to stay in Somalia. In case of Somaliland, there is peace, but nothing more than that.How's does earn anything other than rely on any remittances from poor relatives in the west. It's system that's crumble sooner or later.
    How do they know they'll get a job in Yemen, or Italy, or wherever? I can understand they would want to take the risk, seeing as there's not much for them in Somalia, but I would think the risk is too great.     This reminds me of back in 2006 when the Italians won the World cup, my neighbourhood is the little Italy of Calgary. I woke up and got on the computer and was wondering why I could hear people yelling and screaming and honking their horns and stuff and it kept going on for a few hours, so when I finally went outside, the streets were filled with people waving Italian flags and that's when I realized they were celebrating their World cup win. I think I was the only one on the street that didn`t give a crap about football that day....

    I'll put up my report later, just woke up :cool:

     

    I've been fighting a hargab and working 12-hour shifts this week, so I haven't been to the gym since Tuesday. I ate McDonald's for the first time in 3 weeks yesterday because I started work early and had to run out of the house before I had breakfast, and had a shawarma last night after work, so I hope that doesn't hurt too much....

    Sorry Ibti, can't help you, although I kind of wish I could, then I could have a face-to-face interview. :D

     

    Quick question though, why only Somaliland and not the rest of Somalia?
