    Farmajo, granted he's an honest and for the people candidate , he's simple politician. His connection with the international community is non existent and that alone is political suicide. Not to mention he tried to ignore a key player in Somali politics in Faroole and it backfired spectacularly

    If it's sheer accadmic, Gas will win this hands down. if it's by popularity Farmajo will win this. if it's by who got the fatest wallet, Sheikh Shariif is the man, If it's by honesty and transparency, Badiyow is your man. One of these four guys will get the top seat.

    Dhuloos , well done for distancing yourself from Puntland. If only you do the same and distance yourselves from Somaliland. There are a lot of moles (Jamac Siyad) who are agents for Somaliland and it's only matter of time before Somali land takes over the rest of Sool and Cayn

    I wouldn't call Omar Abdirashid a puppet. There is a reason he left the TFG. Omar Abdirashid was working for Puntland. The piracy funds, the 30# money of TFG income to Puntland and his subsequent resignation after the two shariif wanted to cut ties with Puntland are testament that he was no way was a yes man.

     

    If you want a yes man, look no further than Farmaajo himself, who did everything Sheikh Shariif told him and at the end was disregarded , because they saw no use in him anymore. He has 't done anything to the ****** he was suppose represent, he didn't even help release his close kin Hiraale when the Ethiopians arrested him

    Of course I am not putting the entire blame on the current Puntland leader. When he came, one of his very first promises was he will liberate sool from Somalilanders, a promise he hasn't fulfilled yet. You do know that an attack on any Puntland territory is an attack on Puntland entirely, it doesn't matter if certain members bring an enemy to the house. That's the responsibility Puntland leaders failed to address

     

    Now the other 30% of the blame must to go the crooked sool leaders, who sold their soul and dignity for peanuts. We all know Somaliland have no balls to come to a steamed SSC regions and impose their ideology without ardent support from the people in the region. We all saw what happened to them when they tried the trick on Buhoodle. That's the difference between Buhoodle leaders and Las Anod leaders. One is stood up for his dignity and the other sold theirs.

    Typical International community. Once they figured Farmajo was going places and was the most nationalistic Somali since the 1960's , they want to pull the plug and bring an incompetent fool to the stage. I hope Farmaajo doesn't take the easy way out and fight these guys tooth and nail since he has the support of Mogadishu people and every patriotic Somali. He should use his power to get rid of Sheikh Shariif, and in the subsequent events show Shariif Sakiin the exit door

    First of all, I haven't read the article, but just reading the title alone, I wholeheartedly conquer that the Puntland Administration not only betrayed Sool , Sanaag and Ceyn regions, but also other regions in Mudug and Sanaag. Before anyone jump on my bandwagon, I do hail form Mudug and I consider myself a Puntlander. I have completely lost faith in the current Puntland administration for the simple fact that It has let down almost every region and city that's not Nugaal and Garowe. Having said that, some our brothers in SSC need to have principles. I've heard a lot of SSC fanatics distancing themselves from the Puntland because , a useless president is running the affairs. You can be pro Puntland and still be against it's leaders just like me and a lot of others from Mudug, Bari and Sanaag.

Sheikh Sharif will go down in history as the most useless president the world has ever seen.
