  3. ...Decision is simple, beat him up too...

really though, no need for physical violence, he touches me i'm working out, fully packed, kids packed, family an aware, becuase the damage he has done is behond aches and pains, broken bones or marked face,,,he has proceeded behond the point of no return and for that you can't heal it, nor can he.... thats my opinion.

Respect is gone and for that so has everything else that keeps two people together.

  4. ..someone is fishing for ideas :D:D

My ideas are sacred to me..I'm not looking for others to steal it away from me ;)

But seeing as I already started typing away, I'll let others make it into a reality.

I'm looking to start a software firm that provides for all purposes (retails, law, medical, etc)... Giving my people the catchup start to da teck world ;) ...

Profit gained - would like to open up an Orphanage.

  5. yippeeeeee..... about time someone responded (kidding ;) )....

well since posting that question I have been messing with sharepoint somewhat.

What I need to do is to find out how data replication works across one or more server(using Sql Server).. (we are trying to bring 3 sites together)..

I have been reading up on it and came across few explaination to this, which states that SQl data replication is not supported by sharepoint...that seems to answer my question but if anyone else knows of any other ways please advice .

    cheers..

  7. Beautiful

Its nice for a moment or two to reflect back and appreciate our mothers. They are the backbone of our society. They struggle for our success in this life and the hereafter. No love compares to the love of a mother.

We appreciate all the hardwork they do for us and hope to please them with our choices and decisions in life.

This a beautiful thread directed to our great mothers, nice to know fellow nomads share the same thought.

    Peace

  8. Ilahay haunaxaristo..Ameen.

I heard the news just before I went to bed last night. A sad day indeed :( . May ALLAH have mercy on her and all the muslims that have passed away. Ameen. A smooth recovery for the rest of the family Inshallah. Ameen.

  9. ...hees macaan? Ameenah are you dropping hints to be my promoter? i'll hire you if you are willing to take 1.5% of every performance. Minimum wage don't apply here darlin.... icon_razz.gif

On a more serious note - you are right, there are some talented people out there. We are in short supply of new materials though. We need songwriters to merge out of the woodworks.

  10. that is just my opinion on how i see this issue, we need new comers, and in order to achieve that, we need the old one's to step down

You want our old and precious singers to step down? and whose going into fit into their shoes...anyone worthy or talented enough to do so? debateable.

A better suggestion would have been why don't our talented and established singer lend a hand to our new emerging singers...fliter them through and aid the true talented ones along the learning process. Just a thought.

Nowadays everyone is a fanaan... come to think of it so am I..my voice ain't too bad :D , thats a thought maybe I should go global?..

  11. Ya'll men should take Brotha_From_Heaven's suggestions. Cause I'm liking what I'm reading so far.

Sounds like Brotha_From_Heaven has been reading, ...but a word of advice; everyone is different so you must slightly adjust your approach depending on the lady... proceed with caution fellas....you will never get to know us like we know we know you ;)
