    Yes there is a warlord, his name is Barre Hiiraale and he is affiliated with the Juba Valley Alliances (JVA) . He is of the Mareejaan clan. The population is about 500,000.

     

    The friction in the region is high. Kismayo is a very important port city... The main players we are going to be dealing with include the JVA, the Rahanweyn Resistance Army (RRA), and Morgan of the Somali Patriotic Movement (SPM)... He whole controls Kismayo sways great power in the southern region. But the situation is not so bad that we will not be able to success. As a matter of fact, I think we can take the whole regions with as little as $1 million. Cash really really really talks in Somalia, even loader than the guns.

     

    So any way, lets get this show on the road, inshallah the sooner you can wire me the funds the sooner we can get started.

    Hi there. Yes, the Somali people would love to have a project such as the one you just mentioned. But Somali's will not let a foreign person come into the country, they will not truest a foreigner, but don't worry that’s where I can help you. I’ll only need a small some of money to cover the expenses and get this project moving in the right track. I’ll need only a mere 3.4% of the $21,865,690.00. We can start with a Kismayo as Oblivion said. There is a large Tasawwuf Maashaikh community only 34.843 Miles to the northwest of Kismayo. I think the project could become a success if we work together. Let us help these people. Inshallah with the 3.4% I will be able to begin doing more in-depth research on the Geo-social dynamics of our target region. You can wire the funds to me via Dahabsheel in Virginia USA. And I’ll email you my findings. Let’s roll.

    The problems of Somali are due to the Somalis, and I don’t think it going to end anytime soon.

     

    I’ll answer my own question… NO YOU CAN NOT GO BACK to Somali without clan protection. Sure you can go back, but you can acquire wealth or pursue happiness.

     

    And also, I know a lot of people that have gone back to Somalia (Mogadishu), but they all had the protection of their clans, without clan protection any loser with a gun can kill you or take your wealth and you can’t do anything about it.
