A possible death penalty for a Somali drug smuggler in Malaysia.

I have no sympathy for drug dealers but in this case I hope the sentence is commuted to a custodial one to reflect the cultural background of the accused.

I am against all forms of death penalty other than for murders (genocide,mass murder,with intent, planning and lack of remorse etc) with swathes of exceptions. The term "Illegal Drug dealer" is flexible, throughout history death penalty was imposed for trading substances that are legal in other places or legalized on later dates e.g tobacco, alcohol, marijuana, khat etc.
