I don't believe it's Somali either, and reading the 2 comments on the page, I'd say it's French or other African music.

@oskar the title does look Somali, Sounds oh by god in Somali. If would have to guess its probably Senegalese. there not too many former french muslim countries in Africa.

yub, the vocalist is a lady named Cisse Diamba Kanoute from Senegal and the Ernest is Jamaican. hope that helps.
