Why should some be expected to uphold the rule of law while others should tremble upon it, iga jawaab?

Somalia, its not true that the government has violated the constitution. In fact its stand towards Jubbaland is based on the constitution. This issue has been debated here extensively. And the outcome was that Parliament should establish a law regarding the states.

But this here is a clear violation. Some would even say its treason to conspire with Kenya against the sovereignty of the nation.

Actually they did violate it, they should have made a law, a commission would have been made and if there was any trouble constitutional court would decide the outcome. However, none of those things existed, thus it didn't apply to Jubbaland which fulfilled the 2 or more regions.

Yes it has been debated, and your HAG niiko point debunked several times. This is not a violation per say, for several reasons.

Secondly, WHICH SOVEREIGNTY? The sovereignty of the nation is already violated with the connivance of the president of Mogadishu, this is not a new thing, Somalia has been invaded since 1998. Faroole is there to discuss the issue of Jubbaland, a place Kenyans are controlling as we speak. IF you apply this treason charge, it should be against all Somali politicians.

You are speaking from a HAG tongue with a secessionist mind, this makes our conversation fruitless, goodbye!
